Job summary

GEA Grade is seeking a QA/QC professional to lead quality assurance activities on construction projects across site locations. You will organize and manage QA/QC programs, review technical submittals, drawings, and records, and coordinate with the project team to ensure compliance with contract requirements.

The role demands a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, at least 5 years of QA/QC experience, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of QA/QC experience in construction.
• Experience with industrial refrigeration projects.
• Ability to interpret mechanical/electrical tests.

Responsibilities

• Perform QA/QC inspections and submittal reviews.
• Organize and manage QA/QC programs per quality policy.
• Coordinate document control for submittals, drawings and documents.
• Coordinate inspections and tests per contract plan and specs.
• Liaise with Project Manager and issue stop-work orders if needed.
• Provide technical support to site staff for submittals and drawings.
• Raise NCRs when deviations occur and ensure proper records.
• Maintain records of inspections and testing through project completion.
• Oversee site QA/QC issues and represent the company with third parties.
