Job summary

DAR AL RIYADH is seeking an experienced QA/QC leader for building projects in Medina. The role focuses on developing and implementing project-specific QAQC plans, integrating QAQC into schedules, and conducting inspections to ensure compliance with strict standards and regulations.

Ideal candidates will have 8+ years in QAQC management, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with QAQC software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in QAQC management for building projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods and best practices.
• Certifications in QAQC or related fields are desirable.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Thorough understanding of industry standards and regulations.
• Proficient in using QAQC software and tools.

• Collaborate with project teams to integrate QAQC processes into project schedules
• Conduct regular quality control inspections at various stages of construction ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards
• Implement corrective actions when deviations are identified

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in QAQC management, with a focus on schools and car parking construction projects.
• Extensive knowledge of construction materials, methods, and best practices.
• Professional certifications in QAQC or related fields are highly desirable.
