Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Senior QA/QC Document Controller (Saudi National) to manage quality documentation and control processes for a major Airport, Infrastructure, and Airfield Development Project in Saudi Arabia.

The role emphasizes maintaining EDMS/CDE systems, registration and traceability of quality records, and coordination with engineering, construction, QA/QC teams, contractors, and client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Qualified QA/QC professional with construction document control experience.
• Experience implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 quality requirements.
• Saudi National status and eligibility to work on project sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the project QA/QC document control system.
• Establish workflows for receiving, reviewing, distributing, tracking, and archiving quality documentation.
• Maintain records of ITPs, IRs, material approvals, method statements, test reports, NCRs, CARs, and quality certificates.
• Ensure correctness, registration, tracing, and accessibility of quality documents.
• Coordinate with QA/QC teams, engineers, contractors, and client representatives; support audits and handover documentation.
