Job summary

The Saudi Arabia - FLS Al -Rushaid Co. Ltd. is seeking a Quality and HSE Engineer to support QA, inspection, health, safety and environmental activities within the Pump QRC. This hands-on role requires deep technical depth in quality, inspection and site safety, with direct experience in pump OEM/QRC fields.

You will review drawings, specifications and ITPs, coordinate NCRs, audits, and promote a strong safety culture while reporting to the Quality Manager. Travel to sites is required as needed.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Engineering or related technical discipline is required.
• 7 years of relevant experience in pump OEM/repair or rotating equipment environment.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems, inspection methods, welding and NDE.
• Experience in machining, assembly and test operations for pumps and accessories.
• API 610 and API 682 knowledge is required.
• HSE practices and industrial safety knowledge are essential.
• Lead Auditor (ISO 9001:2015) certification is MUST.

Responsibilities

• Perform and support inspections to verify conformance to drawings, procedures and specs.
• Coordinate ITPs and project quality plans.
• Review qualifications of suppliers, welders and NDE personnel.
• Prepare tests and inspection requirements for projects and manage NCRs.
• Support internal quality audits and corrective actions.
• Promote HSE practices and ensure safe work environments.
