Job summary

Perini Management Services, Inc. seeks a Project Superintendent for the Tabuk, Saudi Arabia project to lead scheduling, safety and quality control across trades. You will coordinate subcontractors, liaise with engineering and planning, and drive execution per drawings and the schedule.

The role requires extensive field supervision, a strong safety mindset with OSHA 30 training, and experience with Federal Government Clients or Army Corps projects. Relocation to Tabuk is required.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of work experience in a Superintendent position on medium-sized projects.
• Five years of experience managing construction safety requirements.
• OSHA 30 training completed with annual safety training.
• Knowledge of U.S. construction methods, techniques, and standards.
• Experience with Federal Government Clients; Army Corps of Engineers projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate and supervise the construction work, including supervision of craft subcontractor/employee activities.
• Plan and supervise subcontractor and craft activities, determining construction methods, manpower, materials and equipment.
• Coordinate work with different crafts, departments or other contractors.
• Maintain liaison with engineering, estimating and planning to ensure drawings and schedule compliance.
• Identify and resolve construction problems affecting productivity, interfaces, or site conditions.
• Assist Project Management with project schedule, site logistics and procedures.
• Monitor progress daily, weekly and monthly; develop two-week look ahead schedules.
• Ensure safety and QC program compliance; conduct daily inspections and enforce corrective actions.
• Facilitate toolbox talks and present safety updates during progress meetings.
