Job summary

Perini Management Services, Inc. seeks a Quality Control Manager for a Tabuk, Saudi Arabia project. You will implement the QC plan, review shop drawings, conduct inspections, and coordinate QA activities with the Owner’s Representative.

Requirements include a four-year engineering/architecture/construction management degree, 5+ years in QC management, English fluency, and USACE CQM for Contractors certification. Relocation to Tabuk is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance on multiple Design-Build Projects.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• PE or EIT certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the Contractor Quality Control Plan.
• Develop knowledge of the company quality control program and procedures.
• Manage and review shop drawings and submittals.
• Perform QC inspections and witness tests for acceptance.
• Coordinate QA inspectors with Owner’s Representative.
• Prepare and submit daily activity and workforce reports.
• Inspect and inventory material shipments for compliance.
• Assist in developing QC procedures and audits.
