Job summary

Perini Management Services, Inc. is seeking a Project Superintendent for our project located in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. You will schedule, coordinate and supervise construction work, including supervision of craft subcontractor activities, and ensure adherence to drawings, specifications and schedules.

The role requires extensive field experience, strong knowledge of U.S. construction methods, and safety leadership.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years in a Superintendent role on medium-sized construction projects.
• Five years of experience managing construction safety requirements.
• OSHA 30 certification with annual safety training.
• Knowledge of U.S. construction methods, techniques, and standards.
• Experience with Federal Government Clients is required; Army Corps of Engineers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate and supervise construction work and craft activities.
• Develop two-week look-ahead schedules and review with the team weekly.
• Monitor safety and quality control programs and document findings.
• Perform daily site inspections and lead toolbox talks for safety updates.
