Parsons is seeking a driven Senior Project Controls Specialist to support a high-profile project in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on monitoring cost, schedule, and performance metrics to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The ideal candidate brings 15+ years of project controls experience and a strong command of Primavera P6 or MS Project, plus advanced Excel; English and Arabic communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in project controls, planning, scheduling, or cost estimation in construction or engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Industrial Engineering, IT, Finance, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, updating, and maintaining project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Track project expenditures, commitments, and forecasts; analyze variances against the baseline budget.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports detailing schedule status and cost performance.
• Assist in identifying potential project risks and tracking change orders to evaluate impact on cost and timeline.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to gather data and resolve schedule/cost discrepancies.
