Job summary

Asmacs in Saudi Arabia seeks a senior track maintenance leader to oversee all activities in line with the approved Maintenance Management Plan and SAR requirements. You will ensure safe, timely preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance, while monitoring track conditions and KPI metrics for reliable operations.

The role requires extensive experience in railway infrastructure, contract administration, stakeholder management, and leadership of multidisciplinary teams to deliver large-scale

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related Engineering discipline.
• PMI PMP Certification is preferred.
• Membership in a recognized professional engineering institution is desirable.
• 15+ years of experience in railway, infrastructure, and heavy maintenance projects.
• 10+ years in senior project management or leadership roles.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale railway or infrastructure maintenance contracts.
• Strong experience in contract administration, stakeholder management, resource planning, and operational leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all track maintenance activities per the Maintenance Management Plan and SAR requirements.
• Ensure preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance works are safe and timely.
• Monitor track condition, inspections, and KPI to ensure safe railway operations.
• Coordinate possession planning, maintenance schedules, and resource allocation to minimize disruption.
• Review maintenance reports and implement corrective actions to improve track performance.

Main Duties

• Monitor track condition, inspection findings, and maintenance KPIs to ensure safe and reliable railway operations.
• Coordinate possession planning, maintenance schedules, and resource allocation to minimize operational disruption.
• Review maintenance reports and implement corrective actions to improve track performance and asset reliability.
