Job summary

You will define scope, develop plans, manage budgets, and steer cross-functional teams to deliver on time and within budget while maintaining quality standards. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, PMP certification, 8+ years' PM experience (3+ in senior roles), and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification is required.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a senior PM role, preferably within a large multinational tech/engineering company.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with ability to influence at all levels.
• Expertise in risk management, change management, and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency with project management software (Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana) and collaboration tools.
• Fluency in English; cross-cultural/global teams experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full project lifecycle for multiple concurrent projects.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with senior management.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks; develop contingency plans.
• Manage budgets and track expenses to meet financial objectives.
• Form and guide high-performing project teams; provide feedback.
• Facilitate communication among teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Prepare and present status reports to senior leadership and clients.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement and manage stakeholder expectations.
