Job description

AsaSeniorProjectManager,youwill leadoneormore projectteamssimultaneously,managing largeror more complexprojects.Youwill have the authorityto oversee the day-to-dayoperationsoftheseprojects, delegatingtasks and responsibilities toindividualprojectmanagers, ensuringseamless executionand delivery.

Responsibilities

• Managestheteamthathastheresponsibilityforconstruction oversightandcompliance ofcontractors,ensuring worksarecarriedoutasperthedrawings,specificationsandstandards,asperschedule andensurescompliance to ES&Hplans,qualitystandardsandlocal/nationalregulatorysafetycodes.
• Overseeperformanceofthe installation contractors,projectstatus,schedule,costcontrol,changemanagement systems.
• Leadandcoordinatewithcontractors,engineers,client,andother stakeholdersinvolved infoundationworksand superstructureinstallation.
• Leadsinputtoensurecontinuousconstructionworkfrontsavailabilitythroughreviewoflookaheadschedules, commoditycharts,resourcecharts,engineeringdeliverables,materialdeliveryschedulesandanyotherservice requirementsincludingcontractorsubmittals.
• Ensuresrequiredpermitsandlicensesarein placepriortothe startofthespecificworkatsite.
• VerifiescompliancewithPermitandLicenserequirementsandstipulations.
• Responsibleforamulti-functionalteamwhowillbereviewingandapprovingthecontractor'ssubmittals,schedule acceptance,technicalqueries,FieldchangedocumentsandothersubmittaldocumentsincludingDrawingsandAs-Builts.
• Ensureallmaterialsandequipmentonthesite fullycomplywithinternationalstandardandtechnicalspecification requirements.
• Ensurethe closureofprojectissystematicandcomplete inallrespects.
• Maintainsaneffectiverelationshipwithclient,stakeholdersandother functionaldepartmentsandcoordinatesall jobsite contractualactivities.
• Coordinatesandmonitorsinterfaceswithothercontractors,leadthereview meetings.
