Job summary

SASREF in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver refinery programs from concept development to closeout, within approved budgets and defined schedules. You will coordinate with engineering, construction and procurement, review scopes, and guide projects through the Technical Committee for development and implementation approvals.

A B.S. in Engineering is required, English fluency (spoken and written) is essential, PMP is preferred, and a minimum of six years

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• PMP certificate is preferred.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Review project scope and prepare concept packages.
• Manage and deliver projects from concept to closeout within budget and schedule.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and review packages, construction, handover and closeout activities.
• Analyse schedule and cost, provide corrective actions where needed.
