• Supervise execution of planning software to track variations and impacts.
• Ensure meetings and coordination across teams to meet deliverables and approvals.
• Oversee engineering design and supervision aspects.
• Maintain cost control and advise on actions for efficiency.
• Establish cost allocation schedules and report to management and client.
• Determine procurement targets for direct and indirect costs and schedules.
• Utilize cost control measures and track expenditures and variations.
• Strategize to maximize project earnings.
• Participate in tender development and processes.
