Job summary

Parsons is seeking an exceptionally talented Project Controls Manager to lead a team overseeing all phases of mission-critical projects. You will manage contractor schedules, develop delivery and mitigation plans, and implement Earned Value Management to assess performance.

The role requires strong Primavera P6 expertise and fluent English communication, with responsibility for progress reporting and proposal support.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, Construction or related field.
At least 10 years of Planning/Scheduling experience using Primavera P6.
Experience on Entertainment or Leisure projects.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

Manage and review contractor schedules for project compliance.
Engage with Contractors to develop delivery, recovery, and mitigation plans.
Develop detailed schedules with resource/cost loading at the activity level.
Develop and maintain deliverable lists for each design project with PM.
Implement a deliverable-based progress measurement model and coordinate with Leads to maintain updates.
Utilize Earned Value Management to evaluate schedule and cost performance metrics.
Maintain weekly Earned Value Analysis dashboard at project and sector level.
Construction support: review and evaluate Contractors’ schedule of works and report to PM.
Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports.
Proposal support: develop schedules for proposals.
Attend meetings and discuss schedule/progress matters.
