Job summary

FieldCore is seeking a Project Controls Advisor III to support the Gas Power outage projects. The role focuses on interpreting costs and schedules to prepare budgets, developing control programs, and advising project managers to achieve on-time, on-budget delivery.

The candidate will interact with service managers, track and reconcile costs, and support planning, execution, and close-out activities across complex outages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Admin, Construction Management or Engineering.
• 7+ years of demonstrated Project Controls experience in Power or Oil & Gas Projects.
• Field Experience and knowledge of O&M Field Work Practices.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 Software.
• English proficiency required.
• Proficient in P6 Global Change, Resource and Budget loading, Leveling.
• Data analysis, problem solving and report writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Determine tools necessary to meet budget and project forecast goals.
• Develop Project Controls Plans and Outage schedules per policy and for specific projects.
• Lead discussions for Job Cost Estimate development and budgeting.
• Track invoices and manage internal/3rd party costs and records.
• Assist Project Operations Manager with close-out activities as required.
