Job summary

Abis Co is seeking a Cost Engineer in Saudi Arabia with 6-8 years of experience in costing and budgeting, specifically in the oil and gas sector for Shutdown and Turnaround projects. The ideal candidate will hold a Mechanical Engineering or Finance degree and be proficient in Microsoft Dynamics AX 365. Responsibilities include monitoring project costs, preparing cost reports, and coordinating with departments to ensure project commitments are accurately tracked. A master's degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• Mechanical Engineer or Finance background from a recognized university.
• 6-8 years of experience in costing and budgeting in the oil and gas sector.
• Experience with Shutdown and Turnaround projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and update cost estimates for projects.
• Prepare and analyze comparisons of scope, quantities, and cost data.
• Coordinate with other departments for accurate cost tracking.
• Analyze cost reports and prepare monthly cost engineering information.
