Nesma & Partners is seeking a Sr. Project Controls Engineer with Oil & Gas experience to support the Project Controls Manager. You will integrate planning, scheduling, cost control, and performance reporting across the project lifecycle, ensuring delivery within time, cost, and contractual parameters.

Key responsibilities include developing baselines, monitoring progress with KPIs, and providing executive dashboards. Strong English communication and EPC/infrastructure exposure are preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline) is required.
• 4+ years of experience in project controls, planning, and scheduling.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project with cost control integration.
• Fluent professional English with strong analytical and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Implement project controls strategies across the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain bid and baseline schedules in Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Analyze financial and operational data to track progress and KPIs.
• Review monthly accruals, support budget management, and ensure contractual cost recovery.
• Coordinate with project managers and site teams to define baselines and targets.
• Contribute to variation analysis and lessons learned.
