Job summary

FieldCore is seeking a Project Controls Advisor III to support complex plant outage projects within the GE Power segment. You will interpret costs and schedules to prepare budgets, develop control programs, and advise project managers to achieve on-time, on-budget outcomes.

Responsibilities include creating outage schedules, cost analysis, and maintaining forecast accuracy with stakeholders. Travel to job sites may be required and experience with Oracle Primavera is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management or Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of demonstrated Project Controls experience in Power or Oil & Gas Projects.
• Proficient in Primavera P6; English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Develop Project Controls Plans and Outage schedules per Global Project Controls Policy.
• Lead discussions for Job Cost Estimate development and budgeting using historical data.
• Analyze outage costs and track ACWP and EAC to keep budgets on track.
