Job summary

Star in Riyadh seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, multi-stakeholder programs for government and corporate clients. This role involves managing scope, timelines, and quality while mentoring junior PMs. Strong communication in Arabic and English is essential, along with 5–9 years of project management experience.

Qualifications

• 5–9 years of project management experience, preferably on government or corporate programs in Saudi Arabia.
• Demonstrated experience leading programs independently from brief to delivery.
• Strong client relationship skills with senior government officials and executives.
• Structured problem-solver able to define problems before solutions.
• Active AI tool user in daily workflow.
• Hands-on work ethic with a track record of doing the work.

Responsibilities

• Lead 2–3 large programs simultaneously for government and corporate clients.
• Manage senior client relationships at ministry and executive level.
• Build PMO structures, governance frameworks, and reporting systems.
• Coordinate internal teams and external subcontractors toward shared milestones.
• Produce executive-level reports and stakeholder communications.
• Mentor junior project managers and set delivery standards.
