Job summary

Malaa is seeking a Senior Product Manager in Riyadh to own a cross-domain portfolio across investments, lending, savings, and growth loops. You’ll prototype rapidly, read customer results, and decide scaling or stopping based on data.

You’ll work with engineers and designers, taking ownership of discovery and prioritisation. You will lead a small squad, balancing product outcomes with engineering health, and you will be accountable for what you commit to in a fast-growing market.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in product management with fintech exposure.
• Software engineering background with hands-on prototyping.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, written and spoken.
• Strong data-driven decision making using funnels and cohorts.

Responsibilities

• Own a changing portfolio of initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Build working prototypes quickly using AI tools and code.
• Simplify features and flows to improve efficiency.
• Grow successful features through experiments and funnel analysis.
• Embed regulatory and compliance considerations in product flows.
• Manage intake with a single channel and written decline reasons.
