Job summary

Lendo | ليندو is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead strategy and direction across major product areas. You will identify opportunities, guide products from discovery through launch and optimisation, and work with Product, Engineering and business teams to deliver measurable customer and business outcomes.

You will own roadmaps, prioritise high-value initiatives, mentor PMs, and drive AI-enabled features in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Finance or a related field.

Responsibilities

Own the product strategy and roadmap for a major product area aligned with business objectives.
Identify and prioritise high-value opportunities using customer insight and product data.
Set clear priorities and guide Product Managers and Product Analysts.
Lead complex initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration.
Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data and Operations to turn problems into scalable products.
Balance customer impact, value, technical complexity and risk in prioritisation.
Own product and commercial outcomes, measure performance, and drive improvements.
Foster experimentation and evidence-based decisions post-launch.
Identify and lead AI opportunities to improve customer outcomes and efficiency.
Champion AI adoption across Product team with modern tooling.
Mentor Product Managers and Product Analysts to raise standards.
Collaborate with Engineering, Credit, Risk, Compliance, Operations and Commercial teams in a regulated environment.
Communicate strategy and trade-offs to senior leadership.
