Job summary

Datamatics Technologies LLC seeks an experienced Lead Product Designer to drive the design and UX strategy for digital products. You will lead research, ideation, and the end-to-end design process, and mentor junior designers.

You will define the product design vision, build design systems, and collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver user-centered solutions for web and mobile platforms.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of product design experience.
• Experience leading product design teams and complex digital products.
• Strong UX/UI design and product strategy capabilities.
• Experience designing web and mobile applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product design process from research to delivery.
• Define and drive the product design and user experience strategy.
• Conduct user research and translate insights into design solutions.
• Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain design systems ensuring consistency.
• Mentor UI/UX and Product Designers.
• Advocate for user-centered design and best practices.
