Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead Product Designer to lead the design and user experience strategy for digital products. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in UX/UI design, product strategy, user research, and design leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product design process from research and ideation to final delivery


• Define and drive the overall product design and user experience strategy


• Conduct user research and translate insights into effective design solutions


• Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs


• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and business stakeholders


• Establish and maintain design systems and ensure consistency across products


• Mentor and guide UI/UX and Product Designers
