Job summary

Lucidya is seeking a product designer who can own problems end-to-end, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Research to define and implement elegant, data-driven interfaces. You will work on AI-powered, data-heavy workflows and ensure Arabic/English RTL compatibility for enterprise customers across the region.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of product design or UX/UI experience, ideally in B2B or SaaS environments.
• Saudi national; role designated for Saudi nationals.
• Proficient in Figma and comfortable with prototyping, design systems, and modern product design practices.

Responsibilities

• Own design problems end-to-end from understanding to wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI, handoff, implementation, and post-launch iteration.
• Turn ambiguity into clarity by collaborating with Product, Engineering, Research, and stakeholders to define the problem and solution.
• Design for outcomes, not outputs, using data and user feedback to validate designs.
• Partner closely with Product and Engineering to shape what gets built within constraints.
• Raise the quality of our products by contributing to the design system and ensuring consistency across products.
• Bring customer evidence into design decisions by usability testing and lightweight research.
• Make complex products feel simple, especially analytics, workflows, AI functionality, or customer experiences.
• Design thoughtfully for Arabic and English experiences, RTL considerations, and enterprise needs in the region.
