Job summary

Jasara Program Management Company (Jasara PMC) is driving world‑class procurement for large-scale infrastructure projects across Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on leading end-to-end MEP sourcing strategies, supplier engagement and rigorous governance to support Vision 2030 objectives.

You will develop competitive contracts, coordinate with design and cost consultants, and lead evaluation and award processes, ensuring compliant records and robust commercial outcomes for major capital programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years procurement experience with significant exposure to MEP packages.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, supplier markets, and commercial drivers.
• Experience in governance, procurement records, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for MEP categories aligned with objectives.
• Lead EOI, PQQ, RFP, evaluation, BAFO, and award processes.
• Coordinate with MEP technical advisors, design consultants and cost consultants.
• Lead supplier market sounding, longlisting, prequalification and supplier capability assessments.
• Prepare commercial analysis, negotiation strategies and award recommendations.
• Manage category schedules, risks, issues, approvals and stakeholder communications.

Jasara plays a key role in supporting the realization of Saudi Vision 2030, particularly in delivering giga‑projects and large‑scale infrastructure developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for MEP categories aligned with QMM objectives
• Lead EOI, PQQ, RFP, evaluation, BAFO, recommendation and award processes
• Coordinate with MEP technical advisors, design consultants and cost consultants
• Lead supplier market sounding, longlisting, prequalification and supplier capability assessments.
• Prepare commercial analysis, negotiation strategies and award recommendations
• Manage category schedules, risks, issues, approvals and stakeholder communications

Requirements

• 10+ years procurement experience with significant exposure to MEP packages
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, supplier markets, technical interfaces and commercial drivers
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Business or Law depending on role scope
• Experience in construction, real estate, infrastructure, developer-led procurement or comparable capital project environments
• Strong stakeholder management, governance awareness, commercial discipline and ability to maintain complete procurement records
