Qualifications

• Relevant degree or equivalent; CIPS certifications preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen with high-value tenders experience.
• Proven executive-level negotiation skills.
• Construction market knowledge with main contractor exposure.
• Visa eligibility for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and prior PMC experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead category management and relationship development to deliver value.
• Provide leadership to teams with clear structures, tools and responsibilities.
• Conduct due diligence and market analyses to inform planning and decision-making.
• Develop and implement plans, embedding processes and monitoring delivery.
• Drive performance management, talent development, and coaching with stakeholders.
