Job summary

HanmiGlobal is seeking a highly qualified Procurement Engineer to join our program management and PMCM team in Saudi Arabia. You will facilitate tracking, coordination, and reporting of procurement operations for a mega land and infrastructure development program in Riyadh, delivered on behalf of a major government entity.

You will coordinate with Planning & Scheduling, Technical, Commercial, and Project Controls teams to ensure full integration across all program packages, while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• 10+ years of professional experience in procurement and supply chain.
• Experience with PMCM/PMC or major capital projects in KSA or GCC.
• Saudi National is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review procurement plans, schedules, and sourcing for alignment with milestones and construction needs.
• Monitor procurement progress, milestones, and deliverables; identify delays and suggest corrective actions.
• Track long-lead materials, equipment, utilities, and specialist systems procurement.
• Follow manufacturing, logistics, and delivery schedules; assess risks to project delivery.
• Develop procurement mitigation and recovery plans for critical activities.
• Maintain procurement registers, logs, databases, and performance records.
• Prepare dashboards, KPI summaries, and procurement analyses for PMCM and the Client.
• Ensure compliance with procurement procedures, governance requirements, and contracts.
• Coordinate with Planning & Scheduling, Technical, Commercial, and Project Controls teams to integrate across packages.
• Identify procurement risks, monitor mitigations, and support contingency planning.
