Job summary

Riyadh Air seeks a seasoned leader to shape premium guest experiences across airport, lounge, boarding, inflight and arrival moments. You will set strategy, standards, and operating framework for Premium, VIP and VVIP journeys, working with airport teams and partners to ensure flawless delivery.

You have at least 7 years in guest experience or luxury hospitality, with proven people leadership, program management, and budget oversight in a complex matrix.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in guest experience, premium services, VIP services, luxury hospitality, aviation, airport operations, or related customer-centric environment.
• Proven leadership experience managing people, programs, partners and budgets within a complex matrixed environment.
• Expertise in premium and VIP journey design, protocol and discretion, service recovery, and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead Premium, VIP and VVIP journeys across airport, lounge, boarding, inflight and arrival moments.
• Define strategy, standards and operating framework for premium guest experiences.
• Build partnerships with airport authorities, external providers and service partners to ensure consistent delivery.
