Responsibilities

Lead the development strategy and business plan for a large-scale mixed-use precinct.
Accountability for development outcomes across the precinct portfolio.
Establish clear development objectives aligned with Urban Core and organisational goals.
Direct development activities from feasibility through design, procurement, delivery, activation, and operational readiness.
Drive development decisions to optimise long-term asset value, commercial performance, and placemaking outcomes.
