Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pre‑Sales Engineer to join our team. The candidate will play a critical role in designing, analyzing, and preparing end‑to‑end IT and networking solutions for clients. This role requires strong technical expertise, creativity, and a deep understanding of project scoping and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze client requirements and design customized IT and network architecture solutions.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals that address client needs.
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure the proposed solutions align with customer expectations.
• Conduct feasibility studies and project assessments to provide detailed reports.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in networking, cybersecurity, and system integration.
• Work closely with vendors like Cisco, Aruba, Huawei, Fortinet, Palo Alto, or similar to provide cutting‑edge solutions.
• Support the sales team by providing technical guidance throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in network architecture and pre‑sales engineering.
• Professional certifications from vendors such as Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet, or Huawei are required.
• Proficiency in designing and preparing complete project solutions, including network architecture, security systems, and wireless solutions.
• Strong expertise in handling tools for proposal creation, solution documentation, and presentations.
• Knowledge of technologies from vendors like Hikvision, ZKTeco, and other related companies is a plus.
• Ability to evaluate and study vendor solutions thoroughly, including emerging technologies in cybersecurity, SD‑WAN, and access control systems.
• A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.
