Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
6–10 years of relevant professional experience.
Experience in power, water, utilities, project sales, prequalification, or technical specification activities is preferred.
Strong analytical, reporting, communication, and leadership skills.
Good understanding of customer requirements and market development.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver business objectives within agreed timelines.

Responsibilities

Lead development and implementation of sales strategies for power and water products and solutions.
Align prequalification and prescription activities with business objectives.
Monitor customer, consultant, and end-user requirements.
Maintain relationships with stakeholders in power and water sectors.
Monitor sales and marketing plans and prepare progress reports with recommendations for improvement.
Lead and develop the prequalification and prescription team.
Set objectives and monitor performance across the team.
Translate corporate objectives into practical business plans and initiatives.
Monitor budgets and expenses to support cost-effective operations.
Develop processes and tools to improve prequalification performance.
Identify opportunities for automation and improved use of systems.
