AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Scheduling and Planning Engineer in Saudi Arabia to develop, monitor, and control project schedules for road and infrastructure works. You will ensure timely execution through detailed planning, resource forecasting, and schedule analysis, collaborating with site teams and management.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and at least 15 years of planning experience on road/highway projects, with proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• At least 15 years planning experience on road/highway/infrastructure projects.
• Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, and project control tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop project baseline schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.
• Prepare detailed WBS aligned with project scope.
• Track progress, update schedules, and identify variances.
• Perform critical path analysis and propose mitigation plans.
• Coordinate with site teams to gather actual progress and constraints.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and dashboards.
• Support delay analysis, EOT claims, and recovery schedules.
• Integrate cost, resources, and productivity in schedule forecasts.
• Participate in project review and coordination meetings.
