Job summary

Qualifications

• BSc in construction management, engineering, architecture, or equivalent.
• 15+ years of total relevant experience.
• 5+ years in a planning role on projects.
• 5+ years of regional experience.
• Professional memberships and charterships required.
• Strong knowledge of civil and infrastructure projects.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of planners.
• Prepare and maintain the project WBS and integrated master schedule.
• Coordinate with Package Managers, Consultants and Contractors.
• Analyze and report on consultants’ and contractors’ schedules and progress.
• Perform critical path analysis of schedules.
• Prepare independent risk analyses of consultant and contractor schedules.
• Prepare monthly and weekly reports.
