Job summary

JASARA PMC in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced Planning Manager to strengthen our social infrastructure projects under Vision 2030. You will lead the planning function, develop schedules, allocate resources, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives while coordinating with client teams and contractors.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 15 years of planning experience, with hands-on proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project to deliver projects on time

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in project planning within construction or infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain project schedules aligned with goals.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to capture all planning inputs.
• Monitor progress, identify issues, and recommend corrective actions.
• Present updates/reports to senior management for decisions.
• Evaluate risks and devise mitigation strategies.
• Mentor junior planning staff and promote continuous improvement.
• Attend planning meetings and contribute to viability discussions.
