Job summary

Leirus is seeking a Senior Planning Engineer for a prestigious high-rise project in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. You will head the Project Planning team, report to the Project Director, and collaborate with Design, Commercial and Construction teams to drive scheduling, cost control and progress reporting.

Qualified candidates have a Civil Engineering degree and a minimum of four years as a planner on tall buildings, with strong Primavera P3/P6 and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• At least 4 years’ experience as a planner on high-rise construction projects.
• Adequate knowledge of Primavera P3 & P6 and proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, cost and schedule activities within time and budget.
• Lead project planning using Primavera P3, P6 and MSP.
• Review program and resource plans and monitor against indicators.
• Coordinate with Procurement & Engineering sections.
• Handle claim administration and progress meetings; analyze progress trends.

Senior Planning Engineer – Western Contractor – excellent salary package

Senior Planning Engineer required for a prestigious high-rise building project based in Jeddah, KSA. Working for a first tier western global contractor; the Senior Planning Engineer will report to the Project Director, head the Project Planning team and work closely with Design, Commercial & Construction teams.

Key responsibilities consist of:

• Defining project scope & cost and scheduling project activities, within time and budget
• Project planning, using Primavera 3 & 6 and MSP
• Reviewing project program & resource plans and monitoring against key indicators
• Coordinating with Procurement & Engineering sections
• Claim administration
• Attending progress meetings, analyzing progress trend and advising

The successful candidate shall have a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, with a solid background in high-rise building construction and at least 4 years’ experience as a planner. You must have an adequate knowledge of Primavera P3 & P6 and be well versed with MS Office.
