Job summary

alfanar is seeking a Senior Engineer, Planning (Eastern Region) to develop fully integrated Baseline EPC Level 3 schedules in Primavera P6, support proposals with Level 2 schedules, and deliver monthly progress and earned value reports. You will coordinate with project teams and manage schedule updates, recovery plans and change implications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in planning and project control.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop fully integrated Baseline EPC Level 3 schedules in Primavera P6.
• Develop Level 2 schedules to support proposals.
• Provide monthly updates of Project Master Level 3 schedules.
• Perform critical path analyses and recommend mitigations.
• Produce progress, earned value reporting and curves.
• Lead regular project reviews and meetings.
• Track budget and forecast impacts; update SAP budgets.
