Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Saudi Arabia seeks a Senior Planning Engineer with extensive project planning, scheduling and controls for large-scale developments. You will develop and manage schedules, monitor progress and conduct delay/risk analyses to assure milestone delivery on mixed-use, residential, commercial and hospitality projects.

The role requires close collaboration with clients, contractors and consultants, overseeing look-ahead planning, EOT support, dashboards and earned value metrics to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent.
• Primavera P6 capability/certification preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Planning and Controls.

Responsibilities

• Review baseline schedules for compliance with contract milestones.
• Monitor progress against baselines and suggest corrective actions.
• Prepare short-term and long-term look-ahead schedules.
• Analyze schedule risks, critical paths and constraints.
• Conduct delay analysis and support EOT assessments.
• Review contractor progress reports and revised schedules.
• Develop dashboards, KPI reports and earned value metrics.
• Coordinate with resident engineers, CM, and clients to collect data.
• Ensure plans align with procurement, engineering and commissioning.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports with executive summaries.
• Participate in progress reviews and stakeholder workshops.
• Ensure compliance with contractual procedures and best practices.
