Job summary

Wood Group is seeking a Senior Planner/Scheduler (PMC) to work on remote project sites across Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on developing and delivering robust, resource-loaded schedules and associated planning documents, with weekly and monthly progress reporting to stakeholders.

The candidate will drive schedule performance, manage critical paths, and ensure alignment with QA plans, standards, and client requirements. A degree in engineering and deep experience in planning are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering is a must.
• Incumbents will typically have at least 10 years of scheduling experience.
• Experienced user of Primavera P6.
• Knowledge of ARAMCO standards and procedures.
• Practical experience in planning and scheduling.
• Understands planning theory, process, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop the project schedule with milestones agreed in the Contract.
• Develop and deliver robust baseline, resource-loaded schedules.
• Produce project plans and reports (S-curves, histograms, man-hour data).
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Analyze progress and schedule performance including critical path.
• Provide scheduling information to the Project Team.
• Ensure deliverables conform to QA plans and standards.
• Update schedules for changes and progress.
• Assist with change notifications and re-baselining.
