Job summary

AtkinsRéalis seeks a Senior Planner to develop baseline schedules for AlUla projects, coordinating design, procurement and construction activities. You will manage master plans, prepare progress reports and dashboards, and ensure alignment with the project master plan and contractual documents on site in Saudi Arabia.

You should have 8+ years in construction scheduling, a related engineering degree, and strong stakeholder communication; Arabic is a bonus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in construction/engineering with scheduling focus.
• Experience coordinating design, procurement and construction schedules.
• Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Membership/charter from a construction-related professional body.

Responsibilities

• Develop initial baseline schedules with limited project information.
• Prepare and manage overview and strategic programmes across design, procurement and construction.
• Coordinate master planning, engineering, procurement and construction schedules.
• Establish and report monthly progress and develop dashboard templates.
• Review designer/contractor schedules for compliance and identify trends.
• Monitor progress and use earned value to manage schedules.
• Interface daily with designers, PMCs, contractors and management.
• Attend client meetings and assist in time-extension or major change claims.
