Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior Planner to support the PMC Development Stage (RIBA 0-4) on site in AlUla, Saudi Arabia. You will develop baselines, coordinate master planning, and deliver monthly progress reports.

The role requires 8+ years in construction/engineering, an engineering or PM-related degree, and membership/chartership. Arabic is a plus; expect close collaboration with designers, contractors, and project controls teams.

Qualifications

8+ years total experience in construction/engineering.
Engineering, construction or project management related degree.
Membership/chartership from a construction professional body is preferred.
Arabic speaking and writing an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Develop initial baseline schedules with minimal information.
Assist in preparation and management of overview and strategic programmes, including design, procurement, and construction schedules.
Coordinate master planning, engineering, procurement, and construction schedules and related information.
Establish and agree project reporting procedures; prepare and present monthly progress.
Develop programme dashboards for use across the programme by designers and contractors.
Review schedules and related documents for compliance with project objectives.
Monitor progress and trends; propose corrective actions to management.
Interface daily with designers, PMCs, contractors, and internal management.
