Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 6–8 years in operational excellence, process improvement, or value realization.
• Experience in KPI management, diagnostics, root cause analysis, and performance monitoring.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional improvement initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead diagnostics to identify high-value opportunities across production, reliability, cost, recovery, energy, safety, and performance.
• Quantify improvement potential through data-driven analysis and structured assessment methods.
