Ma’aden in Saudi Arabia seeks a Chief Specialist – Acceleration Asset Ramp-up to drive rapid, stable asset ramp-ups across mining and processing operations. You will fuse technology, data, and operational expertise to uncover high-impact improvements in throughput, uptime, and readiness.

Leading across assets and projects, you will embed predictive analytics, digital enablement, and governance to deliver measurable value while building organizational capability for future ramps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mining, Metallurgy, Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Shape enterprise ramp-up approach across mining and processing assets.
• Identify critical throughput, uptime, cost and readiness levers.
• Diagnose ramp-up constraints and enable targeted interventions.
• Embed digital analytics and predictive capabilities in operations.
• Establish governance and executive visibility for ramp-up initiatives.
