Job summary

acwa china in Saudi Arabia seeks a Paralegal to support the Legal – Business Development function, assisting in preparation and finalization of conditions precedent to financial close, drafting documents, and supporting company setup.

You will draft NDAs, MOUs, POAs, assist in bid preparations, and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external counsel as needed. 0–3 years paralegal experience and a law degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in law is required or equivalent.
• 0–3 years paralegal experience is preferred.
• Strong written and spoken English is essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research to support senior lawyers and precedents.
• Draft components of transactions using Company templates (NDAs, MOUs, POAs).
• Assist in setting up companies and coordinating with internal teams.
