Job summary

Acwa China is seeking a paralegal to support the Legal – Business Development function. You will assist in preparing conditions precedents to financial close, draft documents (NDAs, MOUs, POAs) and facilitate coordination across internal teams and external counsel.

You will conduct research, support company setup, and help manage signing processes using Egnyte. The role requires strong English skills and the ability to work under deadlines.

Qualifications

• A recognised training in Law.
• Bachelor’s degree in law is preferable.
• 0–3 years’ experience as a paralegal.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of conditions precedents to achieve financial close.
• Draft components of transactions using Company templates (NDAs, MOUs, POAs, etc.).
• Assist in bid preparation activities from a legal perspective.
