Job summary

Aramco is seeking an Organization Design/Development Practitioner to join our Downstream Organization Development Division. You will lead organization design projects, advise management, and apply design frameworks to improve effectiveness across Downstream.

The role requires a bachelor's degree, 15 years of experience in organization development and consulting (10+ in downstream), proficiency in MS Office and BI tools, and willingness to travel; GCC experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or Engineering required.
• 15 years in organization development/management consulting, with 10+ years serving downstream businesses.
• Proficiency with MS Office and business intelligence tools is required.
• Willingness to travel; GCC region experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages and conducts all activities to complete project assignments with defined objectives and scopes.
• Collaborate with the business to analyze major organization challenges and recommend interventions.
• Serve as an independent contributor to solve organization development problems.
• Lead teams when required and provide direction to less experienced staff.
• Participate in developing junior consultants.
