You will act as both architect and project manager, guiding solution design, delivery governance, stakeholder engagement, and execution across onsite teams. The role requires 12+ years in IT/PMIS and 7+ years with Unifier. Fluency in coordinating with CXO stakeholders and global delivery teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 12+ years IT/PMIS consulting experience.
• 7+ years hands-on Oracle Primavera Unifier implementations.
• 5+ years in project/program management.
• Delivered at least 3 full lifecycle Oracle Unifier implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Primavera Unifier implementations from initiation through post-go-live.
• Serve as both Solution Architect and Project Manager, overseeing design and governance.
• Run workshops, define implementation roadmaps, and manage stakeholders.
• Coordinate configuration, testing, UAT, go-live, and hypercare.
• Oversee integrations and data migration with Oracle and SAP systems.
• Manage onshore/offshore teams to deliver within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Ensure executive reporting and strong client relationships.
