Job summary

Hill International (Middle East) Ltd. is seeking a System Administrator for PMIS who will manage Primavera Unifier and P6 systems, oversee data management, and provide end-user support and training.

The role emphasizes integration, reporting, and process improvement across project teams, with a focus on data integrity and system optimization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years in Primavera functional support or PMIS admin roles.
• Experience in Oracle Project Support and Primavera P6/Unifier.
• Strong knowledge of OPPM, administration, reports and dashboards.
• Construction or engineering document control/data entry experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer and configure Oracle Primavera Unifier and P6 systems to meet project needs.
• Set up and maintain project structures, data hierarchies, user access and security profiles.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement upgrades or patches.
• Coordinate integration with other PMIS tools and develop standard/analyse reports.
• Drive process improvements and automation to enhance project management workflows.

Job description

System Administration

• Administer and configure Oracle Primavera Unifier and Primavera P6 systems to meet projectrequirements and user needs
• Set up and maintain project structures data hierarchies user access controls security profiles andother system configurations
• Monitor system performance troubleshoot issues and implement system upgrades patches andenhancements as needed

Data Management

• Manage project data within Unifier and P6 systems including project schedules budgets contracts documents and other project-related information
• Ensure data integrity accuracy and consistency across the PMIS platforms
• Develop and implement data management processes standards and procedures to streamline dataentry validation and retrieval

User Support and Training

• Provide technical support and assistance to project teams users and stakeholders on PMISfunctionalities processes and workflows
• Conduct user training sessions workshops and tutorials to onboard new users and enhance existingusers proficiency in Unifier and P6
• Create user documentation manuals and guides to facilitate self-service support andtroubleshooting

Integration and Reporting

• Coordinate integration efforts between Unifier P6 and other project management tools and systems
• Develop and maintain standard and ad-hoc reports dashboards and analytics to support projectplanning monitoring and decision-making
• Collaborate with project teams to identify reporting requirements customize reports and automatereport generation processes

Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities for process improvements system enhancements and automation withinUnifier and P6
• Recommend and implement best practices workflows and methodologies to optimize projectmanagement processes and increase efficiency

Minimum of 4 years of work experience.Experienced in Primavera Functional Support.Experienced in Oracle Project Support.Strong knowledge in Oracle Primavera Unifier & P6 and OPPM Administration, Functions, Reports.Construction or Engineering Document control/Data entry experience.
