Job summary

ZATCA is seeking an experienced QA/Quality Assurance professional to lead the documentation and standardization of data, QA initiatives, and inspections. The role involves coordinating with internal audits, risk, compliance, Nazaha, and other divisions to ensure adherence to quality standards and SLAs.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Master’s preferred) and a minimum of five years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent is required.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update QA templates, tools, framework, and requirements for uniform documentation of data.
• Review and update major QA initiatives including planning and SLAs; identify ways to minimize compliance gaps.
• Develop quality control plans and scheduled inspections and ensure proper implementation.
• Lead QA-related meetings with Operations to review processes and QA controls; align with policies and SLAs.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to receive operations reports, analyze data, and prepare presentations.
