Senior Operations Manager at Dar Al Riyadh is a senior leadership role accountable for the successful planning, execution, and closure of several assigned projects in Saudi Arabia. This position holds primary responsibility for actively contributing in growing the business within the respective domain while achieving outstanding client engagement and satisfaction. Senior Operations Manager will lead a portfolio of programs and projects. In addition, the Senior Operations Manager shall possess deep market and industry knowledge, awareness about the ongoing trends, value proposition and competitors.

Financial Responsibilities:

• Drive business growth for the respective portfolio, by identifying and pursuing opportunities for additional services, new projects/programs, contract extensions to achieve the targeted new contracts and sales.
• Achieve the targeted Revenue (ITD and annual targets) by ensuring effective program delivery, supporting the timely recognition of revenue, maximizing available business opportunities.
• Achieve the targeted Gross Margin by effectively managing projects/programs profitability, controlling costs, optimizing resource utilization, monitoring financial performance, and taking corrective actions to address adverse variances.
• Achieve the collection targeted days: DSO of 90 days.

Client-Related Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, proactively engaging with the clients to understand their current and future requirements, priorities, challenges, and investment plans to achieve the targeted 85% Client Satisfaction.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, workshops, and networking activities, representing the company and promoting its capabilities, experience, and service offerings.

Business Processes Responsibilities:

• Ensure the successful delivery of the projects/program in accordance with approved scope, schedule, budget, quality requirements, contractual obligations, and client expectations.
• Ensure the full implementation and compliance with the requirements of the performance index (PPI).
• Ensure the effective identification, assessment, management, and mitigation of risks and opportunities across the related projects/programs.
• Drive a strong HSEQ culture across the related projects/programs by monitoring HSEQ requirements, ensuring timely resolution of HSEQ issues, and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain strong market intelligence by monitoring industry trends, the competitive landscape, upcoming developments, major projects, procurement pipelines, client investment plans, and changes in market demand.
• Provide management with insights on market dynamics and competitive developments to support business planning, positioning, resource allocation, and pursuit strategies.
• Support sales and business development activities, including opportunity qualification, proposal development, presentations, negotiations, and pursuit strategies.
• Sponsor all knowledge management initiatives within the related projects/programs by collaborating actively with the related department.

People-Related Responsibilities:

• Ensure the fulfilment of Saudization within the related projects/programs by meeting the targeted % Saudization.
• Ensure the Diversity within the related projects/programs by not exceeding the maximum % of each non-Saudi nationality.
• Maintain employee engagement within the related projects/programs by achieving the targeted % employee engagement in each project.
• Improve manager effectiveness within the related projects/programs by achieving the targeted manager effectiveness level in each project.
• Sponsor all Talent and Organization Development initiatives, within the related projects/programs by collaborating actively with the related department
