Job summary

El Seif Engineering Contracting Company is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead site activities on our projects in Saudi Arabia. You will oversee packages, coordinate subcontractors, manage budgets, and ensure safety and quality on site.

The role requires a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering and at least 10 years of construction and project management experience, including 4 years in a managerial position. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Extensive site management experience on large projects.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all site activities and packages to meet time and budget targets.
• Coordinate staff, subcontractors, and resources on site.
• Support Saudization objectives and skill development.
• Maintain HSE standards and company ethics on site.
• Prepare and present site reports and cost control inputs.
• Ensure QA/QC, project plans, and shop drawings align with specs.
